Hunter Real Estate helped us greatly in selling the house that we have owned since 1980.
Having held this property for so long you can imagine this was a difficult decision for us to make.
We approached Hunter Real estate in Elanora and we found them to be very professional in their approach.
I would say that Duane gave us an original evaluation which was under estimates we had had from other real estate agents. The difference, however was that Duane had a style that we thought purchasers would trust. This was very important to us as if we got into a silent auction with a number of interested parties – trust would be very important between the interested parties.
Trust was the most important aspect for us as we thought potential purchasers would also believe what Duane was saying to them. We did not get this feeling from speaking to a number of other real estate companies. They seemed a little too slick to be honest and trustworthy.
We sold our long-held property much more quickly than expected and I must say at a price that we did not expect. We were very, very pleased with the result.
