I’ve known Duane since 2008 and he’d always been a class act, even when I chose to sell through a different Real Estate agent at that time. Many property transactions later, I promised myself I would give Duane a go this time around selling my house in North Narrabeen. This was my sixth property transaction and I must admit, my experience with Duane and his team was the best decision I’ve ever made. A friend of mine came to my house during an open home, and she said, observing Dan and team during an open home was impressive in terms of the whole team on site,  ready to answer any questions and observing my privacy at all times, Dan never disclosed why I was selling whereas some Real Estate agents will divulge personal information about the seller that they should not be sharing with the public. I’ll never forget my first open house, I was under the pump and did not feel prepared. I wanted to pull out at the last minute however Mitch came over to help me get everything over the finishing line, including picking up my dogs’ mess in the yard. Jaz is such a delightful young lady, proactive, professional and always cool under pressure. Jaz and Mitch managed my two tenants who lived in studios on site who also had to be coordinated for open homes. Duane is a genuine stand out in a profession that can be likened to ‘used car sales’. Duane is anything but that; he gives the profession a good name in my opinion. There is a sincerity about Duane that helps him connect with buyers and sellers on an emotional level that fosters mutual trust and respect. He is a very safe and capable set of hands to rely on, and I have never doubted his ethics. Duane is well known and loved in our community. You just know when you are in his presence that you are dealing with a good human being, who is passionate about property and helping people achieve their goals. During price negotiation he was very understanding of our limits and are happy to say he concluded a mutual acceptable fair price for the vendor and us.
